Pendaftaran diterima hanya selama jendela ekuinoks (20–21 Maret dan 22–23 September). Pelamar harus menunjukkan: ruang kalibrasi berpelindung Faraday (minimum 3m × 3m × 2,5m), sertifikasi teknisi EA-MNCP Level III, dan lintang fasilitas di bawah 60°. Fasilitas di atas lintang 60° tidak memenuhi syarat karena bias hemisfer yang tidak dapat dipulihkan.
